D STREET MEDIA GROUP LLC:
D Street Media Group is the holding company for D Street Releasing, D Street Pictures and D Street Medievertriebe GmbH in Berlin, Germany. The core focus is on the development and production of feature films and the distribution of international films in North America and European co-productions.

D STREET PICTURES LLC:
The company's first feature, "The Reception" had its World Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2005 and subsequently played at numerous festivals in the US, including Outfest in Los Angeles, where it went on to earn a “Best Actor” award for Darien Sills-Evans. The film was distributed by Strand Releasing in North America in July 2005 and received rave reviews from such publications as The New York Times, Daily Variety and the Village Voice. “The Reception” had its European premiere in March, 2006 at the London Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, the UK’s third largest film festival. The company is currently developing four feature films: "The Blue Mauritius", “Desolate”, “The Myth of Darkness” and the animation feature “Sophie and the Dream Bandits”, which will be co-produced with Rene Bastian of Belladonna Productions, the company behind the 2006 Golden Globe winning film "TransAmerica", and Sven Ebeling’s West Coast Pictures & MC One, executive producer of the 2003 Academy Award winner for “Best Foreign Language Film”, Germany’s “Nowhere In Africa”. D Street Pictures is also developing "The Families Who Made Rome," a four part television documentary series based on the best selling book by Anthony Majaniahti.

D STREET RELEASING LLC:
D Street Releasing focuses on the distribution of International films throughout North America. Both documentary and fiction films are acquired. The company’s first release “Sommer Vorm Balkon (Summer in Berlin)” (Germany) will have its North American debut in March 2007 to be followed by the Spanish thriller "The Uninvited Guest" which premiered at the Philadelphia Film Festival in March 2006. HBO will handle the DVD distribution.

D STREET MEDIENVERTRIEB GmbH:
D Street Medienvertrieb GmbH is the German subsidiary to D Street Releasing, set to act as a German producer for international co-productions. DSM will also be involved with acquiring American “art house” and genre driven films for the German home entertainment market and is partnered with MC One, the largest independent video distributor in Germany. Company offices are located in New York, Los Angeles and Berlin.
